Our brokerage, FRED Real Estate Group, was recently acquired by Colorado-based West + Main Homes. The acquisition comes with the announcement that after 15 years of running the biggest independent brokerage in Central Oregon, owners Fred and Keeley Manilla are retiring.
Enter West + Main Homes, a Colorado-based brokerage with a similar culture, mission and brand sensibility who welcomes the agents of FRED Real Estate — including our team— into its growing operation.

What does West + Main mean for the Bend Relo team?

Going forward, our official name shifts from Bend Relo at Fred Real Estate Group to Bend Relo at West + Main Homes.

When is it official?
Right now. Yep, our team can start listing homes under the co-brand of Bend Relo at West + Main. Through the end of the year, our visual identity will evolve to reflect our new alliance with West + Main, and we are big fans of their aesthetic. We will discontinue the use of FRED’s brand standards altogether by January 1, 2022.
Much will still remain the same:
As mentioned, part of the appeal of this transaction was the two brokerages’ similar culture, mission and brand emphasis. That’s not going to change. Plus, Bend Relo will still be known for our listing services such as staging, photography, video. And we’ll still have top performing agents and the Best of Zillow designation. We truly see this as a complement to all the positive things we offer today.
