Business is Dave’s passion, and his gregarious nature helps keep things light-hearted and fun.

Stormy’s goal is to help you and your family find your place to call home in beautiful Central Oregon. To help you get there, she’ll go to work for you with tenacity, perseverance, honesty, and fairness. As the owner of a martial arts studio here in Bend, she’s personally dedicated to serving her students and our community. This commitment shines through in her approach to real estate: She’ll be your advocate, providing step-by-step directions to ensure that you have a smooth, transparent, and understandable transaction from beginning to end. 

In her free time, Stormy enjoys working out, hiking, paddle boarding, and watching her daughters play sports.

Tyrell Hobbs, a native Oregonian, was born and raised in Bend, Oregon. Fun fact: Tyrell was born at the same hospital that her two boys were born at. Tyrell is married to her husband of almost 20 years; Eric, whom they have two boys: Logan, who is 17 years old and Gage is who 13 years old.

Tyrell has been named Top Originator by The Scotsman guide for the last four years. The biggest difference between Tyrell and other loan officers is that she is part of the 1% who are certified as a mortgage planner. What does that mean? Tyrell can make sure you qualify and meet all guidelines as well as offer sound financial advice when it comes to mortgage strategies. Tyrell and her team are quick to get you pre-approved and can provide an annual loan review.

Hey there! My name is Joel Samaduroff and I can’t wait to meet you and help with this journey! When I’m not writing loans, you can find me doing just about anything outdoor related with my wife and dog. The skiing is awesome, the river is fantastic in summer or winter and there really are endless trails here!

Being a Mortgage Advisor in Bend has been such a fun way to meet the many people that make this place great. I love that I get to help other families join the area and I consider it a double win that I also get to set you up for mortgage success! I am very fortunate to be a homeowner and I understand how rewarding (and terrifying) the whole process can be. Over the last 25 years, I’ve helped over 3000 families buy homes, so I have a lot of experience figuring out the best way to finance a home purchase.

As the 30th largest lender in the country, Summit Funding deals directly with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, so we can follow their guidelines instead of being subject to more restrictive rules that large loan servicers impose on most companies. This means that we can help some buyers that most companies can’t.

Second, we’ll communicate with you from initial contact through your home purchase closes in such a way that you’ll always know what’s going on.
